Who we are

The 16U Girls Focus Ignite team is a passionate group of athletes, coaches, and families committed to growth, teamwork, and excellence both on and off the court. We believe volleyball is more than competition—it’s an opportunity to build confidence, character, and lasting connections within our community.

Now in its second year, the 16U Girls Focus Ignite would like to invite all 12U-16U Girls teams to our Ignite the Fire Playday! This Playday is proudly hosted as a fundraiser to support our team while also giving back to the volleyball community. Our goal is to create a diverse, inclusive, and highly competitive environment where athletes are challenged, coaches are supported, and parents can share their love of volleyball.

Through this tournament, we aim to ignite a love for the game, foster sportsmanship, and bring our volleyball community together in a way that is fun, competitive, and memorable for everyone involved!
